Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Introduction
Open Grey Media is a brand of Futurepreneur Solutions Private Limited, a multimedia company working with brands and creators. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, what we do with it, and how you can reach us about it.
It covers this website and the enquiry forms on it. It does not cover the separate written agreements we sign with clients, creators and partners; where one of those says something different about a specific project, that agreement governs it.
We have written this to be read. If anything here is unclear, ask us — the address is at the end.
What we collect
Everything on this list is information you type into a form and send us on purpose. We do not buy personal data, and we do not build a profile of you from your visit.
- Your name, email address and contact number.
- The message or query you write, in your own words.
- One extra detail on some forms, depending on which page you are on: the city you are in, the kind of creator or professional you are, or the brand you work for.
- Ordinary server records kept by our hosting provider — the IP address a request came from, the page asked for, and the time. These are technical logs, not a profile, and we do not join them to anything above.
That is the whole list. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to — see section 5.
How we use it
We use what you send us to answer you, and to do the work you are writing about.
- To reply to your enquiry, and to carry on that conversation.
- To assess a creator, builder or partner application you have made.
- To keep a record of enquiries so that nothing is lost between an email arriving and somebody acting on it.
- To keep the site working and protect it from abuse — for example, blocking a script sending the same form a thousand times.
We do not use your details to send marketing you did not ask for, and there is no mailing list on this site to be added to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Three kinds of people see it. The people at Open Grey Media who need to act on your message. The service providers who carry and store it for us — an email delivery provider that sends your message to our inbox, a database provider that keeps a copy so an enquiry cannot be lost, and the platforms that host this website. And anyone we are legally required to disclose it to, which we would resist where we properly could.
Those providers process the information on our instructions, for us, and for nothing else.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker. Nobody is following you around the internet on our behalf.
One thing is stored in your browser, and it never leaves it: if you drag the two cards on the front page, where you left them is remembered so the page looks the same when you come back. It is kept on your device, it is not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
If this ever changes, this section will change with it, and the date at the top of this page will move.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while there is a reason to keep them — an open conversation, a live project, or a record we need for tax or contractual purposes. When there is no longer a reason, they are deleted.
You can ask us to delete yours sooner. See section 7.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or erase it. You can withdraw a consent you gave us, and you can nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.
Write to hello@opengrey.media and tell us what you want done. We will need enough detail to find your record and to be confident it is yours before we act on it, and we will answer within a reasonable time.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Your message travels to us over an encrypted connection, and it is stored with providers who encrypt it at rest. Access to the stored enquiries is limited to the people who need it, behind credentials that are not shared.
No system is perfect and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires, rather than hoping you do not notice.
Children
This site is meant for adults working with us professionally. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has sent us something through this site, write to hello@opengrey.media and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page and the date at the top of it moves. There is no archive of previous versions; if you need one, ask and we will send you what we have.
A change that materially affects what we do with information you have already given us will be told to you directly, not left here to be found.
