By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website itself. Work we actually do together is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms disagree about a project, the agreement wins.
What this site is
Open Grey Media is a brand of Futurepreneur Solutions Private Limited, a multimedia company working between brands and creators. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. This website describes that work, the systems we are building, and the people building them.
It is a place to read about us and to get in touch. Nothing is sold here, there is no checkout, no account to open and no payment taken on this site.
Who may use it
Anyone may read this site. To send us an enquiry through a form you should be at least 18, and if you are writing on behalf of a company you should be authorised to do so.
What you tell us in a form should be true. We act on enquiries — a false one wastes somebody's afternoon.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to do any of the following.
- Break the law, or help anyone else to.
- Impersonate another person or company, or misrepresent who you are writing on behalf of.
- Send automated, bulk or repeated submissions through the forms.
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its servers or its data that is not open to you.
- Interfere with the site's operation, or with anyone else's use of it.
- Copy, scrape or republish the site's content or design as your own.
We may block access from anyone doing these things, without notice.
Intellectual property
The design, text, code, photographs and marks on this site belong to Open Grey Media or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may read the site, link to it, and quote from it with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.
The portraits on this site are of real colleagues, published with their agreement. Do not reuse them.
If you send us an idea, a proposal or a portfolio through a form, you keep everything you own in it. You give us permission to read it, circulate it internally and reply to it — nothing more.
Fees
This website is free to use and sells nothing.
Fees for work we do together — what is charged, when it is invoiced and what happens if it is not paid — belong in the written agreement for that work, and are not set out here.
Confidentiality
If you send us something confidential through a form, tell us so in the message. We will treat it as confidential and share it only with the people here who need to see it.
A form is not a secure channel for anything genuinely sensitive. For that, ask us and we will arrange one.
Disclaimers
This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we do not promise that it will always be either — pages change, and parts of what is described here are still being built and are labelled as such.
Nothing on this site is professional, legal or financial advice, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance. Where the site describes results, they describe past work and are not a promise of what any future campaign will do.
Where this site links to somewhere else, we are not responsible for what is there.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Open Grey Media is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website — lost profit, lost data or lost opportunity among them.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
If your use of this site breaks these terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable cost of dealing with it.
Termination
We may withdraw or restrict access to this site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice — including from anyone who breaks section 4.
The sections that should outlive access to the site do: intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before either of us goes to court, we would rather talk — write to us and we will try to settle it.
